Abstract
Trash is defined
as human or animal waste that is solid or
semi-solid, which does not have a use value or economic value, so
it needs to be thrown.
A Trash problem is a problem that will continue to evolve and the proceeds, more
and more human activity will affect the amount of generated trash production. Society as trash producers have a role in
keeping the environment clean. However, in reality there are many people,
especially in Pajeng village that
adhered to the classical paradigm to throw
garbage in the river or burn it. The purpose of this study is to determine the paradigm
development of rural trash management to achieve millennium development goals.
Contribution of trash management in East Java village and evolving paradigms
for the MDGs. Furthermore, it will be recommended that strategies need to be
applied in the handling of trash in order to support the achievement of the
MDGs village in East Java. In this study, will be seen the relationship between
paradigms, insight and action by comparing the phase of the current and past
leadership in trash management.
